Amazing bread rolls

We have had the bread roll mix in a cupboard for a while - I finally made them - they were amazing and very simple to make - we had them with sausages and onions - something I have really missed - burgers next and will also try the wrap (we have always loved the cupcakes and pancakes).

So great to hear that Steve! We had some Cleavers hot dogs in our rolls over the weekend, very yum. Shaped the rolls into hot dog style before baking 😊

Awesome low-carb products

Although I haven't yet tried all packs, I can happily confirm that the bread rolls were incredibly easy to make and delicious. I wish bigger packs were available as the four rolls disappeared very quickly

Easy to prepare but haven't mastered a thin wrap yet.

Thanks so much Kathleen, we've found adding a little extra liquid to the wrap batter really helps. We tested the mixes using a very watery style coconut milk (UHT) so if you're using a different type of milk, definitely adding more milk or water should help the batter spread and be thinner. Hope that helps 😊

Partial Review: GREAT

I've only made the rolls so far. This is the best "bread" I've tasted in the low carb arena. It keeps fresh (I had it sealed in the fridge) and toasts well too if you prefer. I'd like to buy a packet with more than 4 rolls at a time, so I could freeze them to use later. Heartily recommend.

Porridge Mix

I am really enjoying the Vanilla and cinnamon porridge mix. I make my breakfast cereal but lovely to enjoy a different flavour and texture. I have also tried the rolls and wraps. Great alternative to bread.

Yum, yum, yum Bread

I am ok not eating bread, but sometimes it's nice to make a roll for lunch with hubby - these are perfect! Easy to make and taste delicious. Froze well, too.
